Alexis

Alexis began her career at DND working on military satellite communications technology and moved on to software integration for naval information resources. She works on the integration of software onboard ships and on achieving software interoperability with Canada's allied nations. As an engineering specialist, her goal is to implement new capabilities for the Department in all environments (Air, Land and Sea). Alexis joined the Department after graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. DND has provided training for Alexis in project management, networking and software applications to assist her in developing key skills that can be applied in her current position. Alexis enjoys the people she works with and finds the projects very interesting, "I have worked on projects that involve very exciting, leading edge technology."
