Pamela

Pam joined the Department of National Defence upon learning about the position on the Public Service Commission website. She has over ten years experience as a senior procurement officer in a Crown Corporation and is a Certified Professional Purchaser with the Purchasing Management Association of Canada.

Pam's primary responsibility is managing professional services contracting for national procurement within the Department. This includes a variety of tasks involving all levels of contracting, policy and procedural issues, client service matters, as well as financial and human resource management activities.
